On Sunday, the photo albums and profile images could not be displayed for about 6 hours. The amount of emails on this topic showed us that you’ve noticed that, too. Whatever the guys over at Amazon were doing, their server where we store the photos was inexplicably unavailable. So please don’t blame it on us, we’re innocent.

But don’t panic in these cases: The images are safely stored and will be displayed again as soon as the connection to the server is reestablished. For those of you who tried to upload a portrait image during the server downtime: Please try again, the photos will now be stored correctly.
